Workflow Designer
Technoperia is looking for a Workflow Designer who can analyze how businesses operate, identify inefficiencies, and turn complex processes into clear, scalable, and automated workflows.
This role sits between business operations, process design, automation, and technology. You will work with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand how work currently gets done, determine how it should work, and design the systems, logic, and automations that make that possible.
The ideal candidate does not simply know how to use automation tools. They understand processes, dependencies, edge cases, data flows, and human behavior, and can translate business requirements into workflows that are practical, reliable, and easy to maintain.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Design end-to-end workflows covering people, software, data, approvals, notifications, and decision points.
- Translate business requirements into clear workflow diagrams, process maps, specifications, and implementation plans.
- Determine which parts of a process should be automated and which should remain human-driven.
- Design automation logic, including triggers, actions, conditions, branching, approvals, fallbacks, and exception handling.
- Work closely with developers, automation specialists, project managers, and business stakeholders to implement workflows.
- Design integrations between platforms such as CRMs, project management systems, communication tools, databases, forms, APIs, and AI systems.
- Test workflows before deployment and identify potential failure points or edge cases.
- Monitor implemented workflows and recommend improvements based on performance and user feedback.
- Maintain clear documentation for workflows, automations, integrations, and operating procedures.
- Standardize recurring processes so successful workflows can be reused across teams or clients.
- Help establish Technoperia’s internal standards and methodology for workflow design and business automation.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and workflow design.
- Ability to break complex processes into clear logical steps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases, integrations, and data structures.
- Ability to create clear process maps and workflow diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around conditions, dependencies, exceptions, and failure scenarios.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and business models.
- Ability to challenge inefficient processes instead of simply automating them as they currently exist.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered workflows, LLMs, AI agents, or API-based AI integrations.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, project management, or business operations platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, or Notion.
- Experience with BPMN, process mapping, or business process management.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, or API development.
- Experience working in an agency, consulting, SaaS, or technology environment.
- Previous experience designing automation systems for multiple departments or clients.

A successful Workflow Designer at Technoperia will be able to take a process that currently involves multiple people, spreadsheets, emails, manual tasks, and disconnected systems and transform it into a clear, reliable, measurable, and scalable workflow.
