Senior DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer
Technoperia is building a next-generation, cloud-portable AI Agentic Platform integrating LLM workflows, custom knowledge bases, and enterprise systems for international clients.
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer who can architect, automate, and scale our multi-tenant Kubernetes infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring secure deployments, maintaining hard tenant isolation, and optimizing true GitOps CI/CD pipelines across both cloud (Azure) and highly restricted on-premises environments.
You’ll work closely with our backend, data, and AI teams to design highly resilient infrastructure powering high-volume multi-tenant workloads, globally shared AI inference services, and real-time observability.

What You’ll Do
• Design, deploy, and manage multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters (AKS for cloud, K3s/Rancher for on-prem deployments).• Architect and maintain robust service mesh networking, ingress gateways, and network policies using Istio and Cilium.• Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform (primary) and Bicep (base Azure provisioning).• Implement and manage true GitOps CI/CD workflows utilizing ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Enterprise.• Secure the platform by integrating Keycloak (Identity/UMA 2.0) and HashiCorp Vault (dynamic secrets management) directly into the Kubernetes ecosystem.• Build and manage a centralized, multi-tenant observability stack (Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Grafana, and Langfuse for AI telemetry).• Collaborate with backend teams to support custom Kubernetes Operators (Kubebuilder) for automated tenant, database (CloudNativePG), and message queue (Strimzi/Kafka) provisioning.• Enforce strict DevSecOps practices — zero-trust network boundaries, RBAC, encrypted PVCs, and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of dedicated Infrastructure/DevOps experience, with a heavy focus on Kubernetes administration.• Deep expertise in Azure cloud ecosystems (AKS, ACR, VNETs, Private Links) and on-premises deployment strategies (MetalLB, etc.).• Proven hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform is a must; Bicep is highly preferred) and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD, Helm).• Strong knowledge of service meshes (Istio) and secure container networking.• Experience managing centralized identity (Keycloak, Azure AD/Entra ID) and dynamic secrets (HashiCorp Vault).• Familiarity with monitoring highly distributed systems using the Prometheus/Grafana/Loki stack.• Deep understanding of SaaS multi-tenancy, hard isolation boundaries, and RBAC configurations.• (Bonus) Experience with custom Kubernetes Operators (Go), AI/ML infrastructure, or LLM gateway integrations.
