Senior DevOps Engineer

Technoperia is building a next-generation SaaS transformation platform integrating AI, analytics, and enterprise meeting systems for international clients.

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who can architect and automate multi-tenant infrastructure, ensure secure deployments, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across environments (cloud + on-prem).

You’ll work closely with our backend, data, and AI teams to design and maintain scalable Azure environments powering high-volume workloads and real-time AI features.

What You’ll Do

• Design and manage multi-tenant Azure infrastructure (App Services, AKS, ACR, Storage, SQL).
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform / Bicep.
• Ensure system reliability, observability, and autoscaling (App Insights, Log Analytics, Prometheus).
• Collaborate with backend and AI teams on secure API deployments and data isolation.
• Lead on-prem deployment automation and release packaging for enterprise clients.
• Enforce DevSecOps practices — secrets management, RBAC, network isolation, and compliance.
• Support performance monitoring, cost optimization, and blue-green deployments.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of DevOps experience (preferably in Azure cloud ecosystems).
• Strong knowledge of Azure App Services, Functions, AKS, VNETs, and Azure SQL.
• Experience in infrastructure as code (Terraform or Bicep).
• Deep understanding of CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Familiar with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with AI/ML pipelines or LLM integrations is a plus.
• Understanding of SaaS multi-tenancy and RBAC configuration.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
