We’re growing our QA & Automation team and looking for a Senior Automation Test Engineer with proven Selenium experience to support automation initiatives across multiple international projects.
Location: On Site – Skopje, North Macedonia Employment Type: Full-Time Department: QA & Automation
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Selenium.
Define test strategies, plans, and reusable scripts for UI and regression testing.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product owners, business analysts) to identify test requirements and acceptance criteria.
Perform exploratory and manual testing when necessary.
Monitor and report on automation test execution results and metrics.
Mentor junior QA engineers and help enforce QA best practices.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in test automation, primarily using Selenium.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Good understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
