Delivery Lead
Technoperia is looking for a Delivery Lead who can take ownership of project execution, coordinate teams, manage priorities, and ensure that work is delivered on time, within scope, and at the expected quality.
This role sits between operations, project management, client communication, and execution teams. You will work closely with developers, designers, QA, automation specialists, and other team members to ensure that projects move efficiently from planning through completion.
The ideal candidate does not simply track tasks. They understand priorities, dependencies, resources, deadlines, risks, and accountability, and can create the structure needed for teams to consistently deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day delivery of multiple client and internal projects.
- Translate project requirements into clear tasks, milestones, owners, priorities, and deadlines.
- Ensure every project has a clear delivery plan and that teams understand what is expected from them.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays, blockers, dependencies, and risks before they impact delivery.
- Coordinate work across developers, designers, QA specialists, automation teams, and other departments.
- Ensure that projects move smoothly through planning, production, review, QA, revisions, and final delivery.
- Prioritize work across multiple projects based on deadlines, business impact, dependencies, and available resources.
- Follow up on incomplete or overdue tasks and ensure clear accountability across the team.
- Manage scope changes and communicate the impact of changes on timelines, resources, and priorities.
- Maintain accurate project statuses and provide leadership with clear visibility into delivery performance.
- Coordinate client feedback and ensure revisions are properly documented, assigned, and completed.
- Ensure work meets Technoperia’s quality standards before it is presented or delivered to the client.
- Identify recurring delivery problems and implement processes to prevent them from happening again.
- Improve internal delivery processes, documentation, project structures, and communication standards.
- Help improve resource planning and identify situations where additional capacity or support is required.

- Ability to understand enough about technical and creative work to coordinate teams effectively without needing to execute every task personally.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a digital agency, software company, technology company, or consulting environment.
- Experience managing website development, software development, automation, or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with web development, UI/UX design, QA processes, automation, APIs, and software integrations.
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
- Experience working directly with clients and managing expectations around scope and delivery.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies.
- Experience with resource planning, capacity planning, or delivery forecasting.
- Experience creating SOPs, delivery frameworks, project templates, or operational processes.
