Our solution combines multi-tenant SaaS architecture with advanced LLM integrations and Langfuse observability, serving global enterprise clients.
To scale our Data & AI team, we’re hiring two core roles that will help us shape the foundation of our intelligent platform: Data Scientist and Data Engineer

Data Scientist — AI Insights & Evaluation
You’ll:
- Build and evaluate LLM-based models for summarization, insight extraction, and classification
- Design prompt evaluation pipelines using Langfuse for quality scoring and tracing
- Collaborate with engineers to productionize AI models and optimize performance
- Work on voice analytics, AI chat logic, and IntelliBrief summarization models
You bring:
- Experience with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Langfuse, Azure ML
- Solid grasp of LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, and embeddings
- Curiosity for how AI can shape business decisions
Data Engineer — LLM Pipelines & Azure Data Stack
You’ll:
- Build scalable ETL pipelines to serve AI insights and real-time data flows
- Design and maintain Azure Data Lake / Synapse / Databricks systems
- Connect AI pipelines to backend services and Langfuse observability
- Ensure data reliability, isolation, and governance in a multi-tenant setup
You bring:
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse
- Understanding of ETL / ELT, data APIs, and streaming
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or analytics platforms
