Key Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with data, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
Build and implement robust data developments, contributing to a high-performing, scalable data architecture.
Own and enhance key aspects of our data stack, continually identifying areas for improvement.
Develop, test, debug, deploy, and support data solutions as part of a hands-on approach to engineering.
Design specifications and documentation in coordination with the product team, ensuring clear alignment on project goals.
Advocate for best practices and promote efficient, data-driven processes across the organization.
Support junior team members, helping them grow and align with best data engineering standards.
Skills and Experience
5+ years in data engineering with a deep understanding of best practices in data analytics.
Strong expertise in SQL and experience with database technologies.
Proficient in AWS cloud environments, specifically with Redshift, dbt, Python, and Looker.
Experience in data modeling, analytics, and visualization with an emphasis on creating scalable data solutions.
Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies, emphasizing team-driven, iterative improvements.
Domain knowledge in wealth management and financial services platforms, including database and API interactions, is highly valued.
